Sunny Stay is a keyholding and property management company based near Cartagena in the Murcia region of southeast Spain.
We at Sunny Stay want you to feel safe leaving your property behind, and to be met with a sparkling clean, well-maintained, and welcoming home when you or your houseguests visit.

Our service area stretches from Torrevieja in the south of Costa Blanca to Mazarrón, west of Cartagena, including
